The Bigger Picture…

Our passion at the AoB is to educate you about your personal health, based on scientific data. The studio specializes in spa services which benefit the body’s natural healing ability. We are all being exposed to an enormous amount of toxins every day; both environmental toxins and toxins from unhealthy germ imbalances inside the body. This exposure effects our quality of life and life expectancy. Toxins are one of multiple triggers that negatively affect our well-being.

Chronic illnesses are on the rise and a major contributing factor is inflammation. Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory fog, Parkinson, MS, Chronic fatigue, migraines thyroid disease, cancer, heart disease, leaky gut and other digestive disorders, Lyme disease, arthritis, diabetes, obesity, hormonal imbalances and infertility, fibromyalgia…….. the list goes on and on…

Our goal is to help you become more aware about risk factors you may have, decrease inflammation and enhance well-being by providing non-medical solutions. Our solutions fuse proven science with a little bit of magic.

Why San Pedro…

The AoB strives to be a part of the solution for the on-going epidemic health threat of environmental toxins. According to a study by Southern California News Group and USC Center for Health Journalism 2018, the Port of Los Angeles, Terminal Island and Long Beach ports and surrounding communities are exposed to a vast amount of environmental toxins daily, affecting the health of its residents. The South Coast Air Quality Management District has also stated that this exposure increases risk for many diseases, including cancer.

The AoB offers services to help combat toxin exposure and to increase the quality of life and life span of the residents in our community.
